Job Summary

·       We are seeking an experienced and talented Engineering Manager to join our team. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of engineers in the development and delivery of high-quality engineering projects. You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our engineering initiatives, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.


·       Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to foster their professional growth. Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to ensure the team's success. Actively participate in all conference calls and meetings.

·       Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects, ensuring that they are delivered on schedule and within budget. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion. Must be consumed in IDEAS topics overall.

·       Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of engineering principles and industry best practices. Provide technical guidance and support to the team, helping to solve complex engineering problems and making informed decisions. Provide support to different teams when it comes to knowledge.

·       Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to align engineering efforts with business goals. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and creativity. Facilitate effective knowledge transfer within the Client Team. Engage in meaningful interactions with senior leaders and all parties involved.

·       Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve engineering processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement. Possess Deep comprehensive knowledge of the project and Sapiens, providing regular reports to both parties.

·       Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, ensuring that the team has the necessary skills and capacity to meet project demands. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and prioritize deliverables.

·       Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and other relevant parties, to provide project updates, manage expectations, and address concerns. Build strong relationships based on trust and open communication.

·       Performance Tracking: Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the team's performance and project success. Regularly monitor and report on progress, highlighting achievements and addressing areas of improvement.


·       Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering or a related field.

·       Proven experience in engineering management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

·       Prior experience as a development lead or manager.

·       Serve as a key point of contact for both teams.

·       Demonstrated project management experience.

·       Proficiency in performing business analysis tasks.

·       Vast Java and JavaScript Knowledge (Must).

·       Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

·       Solid understanding of engineering principles, processes, and methodologies.

·       Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

·       Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

·       Strong organizational and time management skills.
