Job Summary

The Conga – Salesforce CLM Developer role plays an important part in our company’s product development process. The successful candidate will be responsible for Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and utilize methodologies to drive successful project outcomes.

Major Responsibilities:

· Act as an expert software developer on the Conga CLM

· Act as an expert in SalesForce Development

· Evaluate project outcomes and conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

· Understand Business processes and act as a Consultant on how to automate and improve them.

Requirements

· Demonstrated experience working on full life cycle implementation with Conga CLM, Conga Composer , Conga Queries, Conga Contracts managed package.

· Demonstrated experience working with Salesforce lightning.

· Demonstrated experience in SalesForce Sales Cloud.

· Good Communication skills.

· Previous experience on Client facing roles.

· Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Proficiency in project management software and tools.

· Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.

Preferences:

· Banking or Financial Services domain experience

· Experience Working with Agile Methodology.

· Experience working with geographically distributed teams
