Java Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications that are efficient, scalable, and robust.
  
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
  
• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using established best practices.
  
• Debug and resolve technical issues on time, proposing and implementing solutions as needed.
  
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in Java development.
  
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
  
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
  

Requirements

• The skillset would be Java, J2EE (Currently working with this tool)
  
• WebSphere
  
• Working knowledge of Docker containers.
  
• WebSphere Application Server / WebSphere Liberty deployment.
  
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
